I had trouble sleeping, I was seething with anger at the poor advice from the endocrinologist I saw yesterday. I felt like I didn't sleep until past 2. I was awake early and was at the office at 7.30. I had stuff I needed to do so i was chipping away at that. I had usual morning meeting and then I realised it was time to go to an appointment. I quickly grabbed my laptop and away we went, only to Blaxland so not far. I did more work while waiting. I saw the nurse and then the Dr. we were home again by 12 so I only lost about 40m of work. I had a quick lunch with Jessica and we then went for a walk. I was back at my desk at around ten to one. I continued my workday. I stopped at about four having done 8h30m of work (minus 40m of appointment). I made a quick afternoon tea for the big two and then walked down and picked up Frida. We came home and I was quite tired so I sat down for a bit. I helped make dinner once Jessica and Sofia were back home. After dinner it was normal evening routine.
