I woke up feeling fine. I was fasting as I had a blood test to do. I did some work in the morning. We went and I got to the pathology shortly after 8. I did not have a super long wait. I fainted during the blood test and felt crap after that. I had a lie down on their bed and then went and sat just inside the doors waiting for Jessica. She arrived shortly after 9 having dropped off Frida. I felt quite nauseous so took the seat all the way back and then had the AC on for a bit while Jessica got bread and milk. I straightened the seat and felt nausea again. I threw up everything I had, and tried to throw up more. We drove home, luckily just a short drive. At home I laid down. I think I slept on and off the whole day, I didn't do much at all. I had a slice of bread for lunch which made me feel better. I took a covid test (which was negative), and continued to lie down. In the mid afternoon I got up and watched most of an episode of Voyager until the kids came home. We had afternoon tea. After fika I finished the episode of Voyager. I still felt unwell. I had dinner and then had a lie down in bed again, listening to my audio book. I came out for story time and normal evening routine.
