I slept in quite a bit today, I guess my alarm went off but I didn't notice. Luckily it did not matter. I had today off for medical leave. I helped get the kids ready, while Jessica took the kids to school Frida and I stayed home (and watched Frozen). The plumber arrived and did work. At nine thirty Bryan arrived and took me down to Marsden in Penrith for my annual eye check. All up it took about an hour, everything is fine which is a relief. I then came home and listened to pod casts as my pupils were dilated so I could not read or use any bright screens. I had lunch with the girls and then went and laid down in our bedroom for a bit. I think I may have slept as well. I got up and played some playdough with Frida while Jessica picked up the kids. At home we had fika and then Jessica went shopping with Evie while Sofia, Frida and I went outside for a bit. Back inside again I swapped out of my sunnies for the first time today and started cooking. Jessica came home and we had dinner and then it was normal routine until bedtime. By bedtime my eyes were pretty normal, but still felt tired.
