We slept long and well today. Sofia came in around seven thirty and we got up after eight. Sofia had by then already made breakfast for us. We had breakfast and then I showered. We got Sofia ready as she was supposed to go to a friend's house today. They said they would come and pick her up around 9. By 10.10 we asked them if they were coming. They replied and said '10.30, sorry running late'. They arrived at 11.15. We had an early lunch at 11.30 and then walked over to granny. They needed help with printer (and a few other technical things). While I did that Jessica and Bryan swapped carseats as we think the one that was in granny's car was narrower than the one we had and thus giving Sofia more room. With that done Jessica and I went home and paid my tax bill. From there we picked up the girls and went to the shop and got petrol (fun fact, the car predicted we'd get about 530km out of the tank after refuelling, a Tesla would have, with current Australian electricity prices driven 1200km for the same money. I'm looking forward to not have to deal with petrol). Back home we did some gardening and I then gave the kids a bath while Jessica cooked dinner. With the kids clean I made mango ice cream for desert and then dinner. Sofia came home before the sun was down and got some ice cream and shortly after they were all in bed.
