We were all tired, but managed to get up and have breakfast at 8.30ish. Back in our rooms we packed and we checked out and caught the tram to Central and was on the 10.18 train home. In Glenbrook we walked home. I stopped by the bakery and got bread before catching up to the rest on the way home. At home we had lunch. After lunch I went for a walk to get more steps. I came home and it was soon fika. After fika Jessica and Sofia went out for an appointment. I stayed home and hung laundry and got dinner started. With everyone home we finished dinner. From there it was normal evening routine until bed.

We got up and had breakfast at about 8.30. After breakfast we went out and went to Kinokunia. We then went up Pit st mall and looked at a few things. We bought tea. After that we went for lunch at subway. It caused great confusion at the subway shop, 7 people was just too many for them to handle as one order. We sat on the steps down in cockle bay wharf. After that I took Evie and Frida back to the hotel room and we rested while Sofia and Jessica went to Utopia records. They met us at the room. I went out quickly and bought some hot drinks for fika. After fika we got ready. At about five we went to Pancakes on the Rocks, at Haymarket. After that we walked over to Capitol Theatre and watched Grease. It was good. We came home and got everyone ready for bed. It was a struggle for Sofia to calm down but she managed.

We got up around 7.30 or so. We had breakfast and got ready. At around 9.15 or so we left home and walked to the station. We were on the 9.38 train in. I snoozed on the train which was quite nice. In Sydney we got off at Town Hall station and had morning tea. After morning tea we went to the hotel and checked in. One room was ready so we put our bags there and went out and got a SIM card for parents. After that we split up, they went and looked at things they wanted and we went to Dymocks. We came back and met in the hotel lobby at about three. I went and got some water and then we all went out for afternoon tea. We then caught the tram to Circular Quay and walked into the botanical gardens. From there we walked slowly back to Circular Quay and had dinner at City Extra. After dinner we took the tram back to the QVB and tucked in for the night.

I was awake around 6.30 or so but didn't have to get up as I am on leave. I got out of bed around 8. Evie, Frida, farmor, and farfar were up. We had breakfast. At about ten Jessica, Frida, farmor, and farfar went to Penrith for Frida's turn out. At home I did laundry and other general house keeping. They came home for lunch. After lunch it was more of the same as before lunch. After fika I went for a quick walk to increase my step count. I came home and got laundry in, shaved and showered. After that it was dinner and normal evening routine.

We all slept in again, which was nice. I was third up, with farmor and farfar being up first. We had breakfast. After breakfast they got ready and were soon on their way with Evie, farmor, and farar. While they were out we vacuumed and did other bits and pieces around the house. They were home for lunch. After lunch we muddled around at home, hung laundry and did bits and pieces. After fika I drove to Blaxland with farmor and farfar, hoping to charge and shop. The chargers were full so we just shopped. Back home again we went for a walk and then came home and I helped a little with dinner. After dinner I got laundry in and a few other bits before normal evening routine.

We were all tired so we slept in today. At about ten Jessica drove farmor, farfar, and Sofia down to the plaza for morning tea and some shopping. Jessica came home for a bit and then went back to pick them up. At home I had started digging out the rabbit compost. With everyone home we had lunch. After lunch Frida and I continued the rabbit compost while Jessica took Sofia down again. Jessica decided to stay while Sofia met friends. At home we finished the compost and spread the compost around the garden. Farmor baked a cake which was very nice. We had cake for fika, Jessica and Sofia came home just as we were about to sit down. After fika Frida, farmor, farfar, and I went to the lagoon. We collected some lagoon water in the hope of seeing something living in it (we didn't). We came home and used Frida's microscope to look at the water and other stuff. After that we made dinner. From there it was just normal evening routine.

We got up around 7.30 or so, Jessica and the big two were up earlier and were soon on their way to school on account of starting at eight. I struggled Frida up, she's suffering from two older sisters being silly. After everyone was at school we had a quick morning tea at home. We then drove down to Penrith side of the Nepean and did part of the river walk. We stopped at a cafe for a break and more morning tea. We stopped by a shop on the way home. At home we had lunch. After lunch it was bits and pieces happening. I walked down and got donuts for afternoon tea. We had afternoon tea with everyone but Evie who had some hot chips with a friend as per tradition. After fika I went outside and finished the stump removal. I came inside and got ready before driving and picking up Evie. I gave Evie's friend a lift home and then we came home. At home I helped cook pizza. We had dinner and then pretty normal evening routine. I had the Vespera out in the evening.

We got to bed quite late last night and so were very tired today. It has actually been a pretty hard week from a sleep perspective. We got up after about 7.30. The kids got ready and got to school, but needed significant prodding. With the kids gone we had a quick coffee at home and then we drove to Katoomba and Scenic World. The drive there was uneventful and we got to Katoomba and got our tickets and then had morning tea. After that we went down the valley on the rail. We went on the easy 10min boardwalk and then caught the cable car up. Once up Jessica and farmor went on the other cable car across the valley while farfar and I waited. It was a long wait, they had to wait for two full journeys of the car before they got to go on. From there we drove to Katoomba proper and had waffles for lunch. After lunch we drove home. At home we had a very quick break before we walked down to the Tourist information and bought some clothes. We came home and put on tea. The girls arrived shortly after and we had afternoon tea. After fika I did some computer work and then had a shower. We had dinner and then pretty normal evening routine until bed.

We got up around 7.30 and got ready. It was cool this morning. Once the girls were off to school we had a quick morning tea before getting into the car and driving to Wentworth Falls. We got there and had morning tea at Conservation hut. It was nice but a bit overrated. I got the wrong tea, and the bun was a bit stale, the views are good but living where we are not super special. From there we drove over to the park and went down to the falls. Many of the walks were closed but it didn't matter to us. We came back up and had lunch that we had brought. We drove back to the village and went to Schartz for some cakes. From there it was down the mountain to home. At home we had some tea before picking up Frida. We then had actual fika. After fika I made dinner and before long everyone was home again. After dinner it was pretty much normal evening routine until bed.

We got up usual time and got Frida to band practise in time. The others went in time as well. At home we got ready and drove to Penrith. We had morning tea and then looked in shops. Farfar and I didn't go into a single shop I think. We came home and had lunch at home. After lunch farmor and I baked a saffron cake. When it was time to get kids it was raining heavy, so Jessica spent the afternoon driving back and forth between things as walking was not a good option. We went out to the club for dinner meeting Bryan, Christine, and Jane there. We came home and had said saffron cake for desert. From there it was usual evening routine until bed.
