We were tired again this morning and did not get out of bed until after 8. The weather was nice and sunny so we put on a load of laundry. We hung the laundry and then went over to number thirty. There we met Naomi and of course had some tea. We left late and did not get home until twelve thirty. After lunch we put the little one in bed and I went out and mowed the lawn. Sofia came along and had "one of those blue ear things on", which was her way of describing the ear muffs. It was hard work, mostly because the grass was very long and still wet. After I was done with the mowing I tried to mouse proof the compost again, as the little buggers keep getting in. Once done with that it started to rain lightly and thundering. So we got the now dry laundry in and then went inside for afternoon tea. Evie woke up a bit worried about the thunder but after a quick cuddle she went back to sleep. Inside it was domestic duties until dinnertime. After dinner it was bath time for Sofia and then quickly to bed.
